Here is how to do a 180 kick-flip

1) Do a Varial.
2) While the board spins around.
3) Do a kick-flip at the same time.
4) Land on the top of the board.

Its kinda hard but I have a trick that I'll explane that is kinda like it!

It is called the Pop-shove-it.
